Self-Quarantine Service Contract

The contract with 'Livable', which provides the self-quarantine service, is concluded as follows:

Article 1 [ Purpose ]

****The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe all the rights and obligations necessary for the contracts of 'Livable' and ‘Customer.’

Article 2 [ Respect and Trust ]

****'Livable' and ‘Customer’ shall exchange reciprocal respect and trust in the event of any cooperation accompanying this Agreement, as well as in the performance of the Agreement.

Article 3 [ Term of Contract ]

****The term of the contract shall be your quarantine period.

Article 4 [Guidelines for Self-Quarantine Services ]

  1. ‘Livable’ proceeds to the accommodation reservation under ‘Customer’ name.
  2. ‘Livable’ and ‘Customer’ shall use the information for internal use onlyand shall not be divulged or distributed to third parties without the consent of both sides. However, it can be disclosed when requested by a national agency following the relevant statutes.
  3. Failure to comply with the quarantine-related rules will be the sole responsibility of ‘Customer.’

Article 5 [ Rights ]

The two parties shall not violate intellectual property rights without the other party's permission for matters to which copyright is attributed, such as the contents of the service or the contents of the contract.

Article 6 [Damage Compensation ]

’Livable’ or ‘Customer’ may claim compensation from the other party for damages incurred by either party's failure to fulfill its obligations in this Agreement.

If you broke something in the facility, you need to compensate.
